Mweb call centres useless as their live chats!

For 4 damn days I’ve been calling the customer care line the technical line and always stay on ****ing hold for 20 to 30 minutes the same thing. Their live chats are as useless as their call lines because no one ever responds. Is there anyone freaking working in the customer care department???? All I want is to swap my fibre line to a new address that’s it, their website has another bogus service to do the home swap but it doesn’t work either. So what the actual???????
