Mweb Call Centre Woes

I am an existing client of Mweb.Never try to get through to their call centre to help one resolve a simple query.Have on and off tried to get through and not succeeded for the last 2 weeks.Have tried pretending to be an interested new customer and left my number with them to contact me....all to no avail! I dread to think that if I was really a new customer,what my reaction would be if I left my number as instructed and nobody bothered to contact me,I would be off to another ISP who was interested in my business.....atrocious call centre service!
