MWEB call centre is worst ever!

I have been calling this centre throughout the day - according to the website they should be open. I have all my products with them and are starting to doubt if this is prudent. I am on the line for more than an hour - and I am told that I am number one in the line, but I never move. What is wrong here? I expect better service, in fact, I expect service.
