Mweb Call Centre is pathetic

Mweb's call centre is so useless and pathetic.... everytime you enquire they transafer your call to an automated machine where you are asked to live your contact details for call back.... i am regreting why i joined Mweb. i cant wait for 30min on a call queue to be transefered to a machine. i called 8 times same thing....
