Mweb call centre is horrible 😫

The customer service is horrific. I spent 40 minutes on the call speaking to 6 different agents just requesting for a simple product product key. I don't advise anyone to buy the additional vaps products from them, rather purchase directly from suppliers. I don't understand why you would offer something that you can't operate. A simple product key.
