MWEB Call centre

I have been a customer of mweb for a while now and I have honestly never had a problem with them before. Prompt service with my previous order, Whole process from ordering until fiber installed and router dispatched and delivered took 5 days. That why I decided to use them again for my second premises. I have been trying to get hold of them every single day for the past week. From the one agent to the next, everyone saying something different. Logged a query online on my profile6 days ago, still nothing. Spent a total of 47.5 minutes yesterday trying to be assisted at their call centre. Spent a total of 42 minutes today again. This is ridiculous.
