Mweb call agents are lazy and unfriendly.

I just tried to upgrade my internet package over the telephone, I spoke to Wendy, but as soon as she heard what I wanted, she hung up on me! I guess it was because it was 10 minutes to closing time! Rhis happened twice in a row, but I did not get the first agent's name. Their website is unreachable and has been all afternoon.
