Mweb

I am an existing Mweb customer. I am really dissapointed in their service. I ordered a new fibre line for my other home on the 26th of May already. It should have been installed by now, but no updates, calls, whatsoever. I called them numerous times, but they keep on dsiconnecting me while I am on the phone with them and the other day they told me that the courier couldn't find my home, but I live in a very small town. I have their app on my phone, but not once has anybody started a chat with me when I requested a chat. I spoke to a lady on Friday and she was very helpfull, but unfortunately that is where it ended. I called twice today to follow up and both times they cut me off and did not call back. It is nearly a month since I have app**** for the fibre. I called webafrica and they told me that their turnaround time for installation is approximitely 7 days. I won't recommend Mweb at all, just because of the fact that they don't get back to you and them taking so long to do the installation.
