What a dissapointment-Mweb together with their service partner Evotel premoting "fast" reliable fibre, until you sign up!! moving from normal wifi to Mweb's fibre (Evoltel) was the biggest mistake, not only do you have to deal with 2 different call centers and service providers, holding on for hours with no one actually helping you, Mweb tells you they have a turn around time of 48Hours and Evotel tells you 4-5 working days, and a promise that this would be "escalated" in this day and age??? Activating an existing customers account- moving from one house to another can't take 48hours + Really dissapointed in this service, would not consider extending my contract
