Guys I advise you to get yourselves another service provider. After 26yrs of being a customer and in the 0.00001% moment when you require personal assistance, it is NON EXISTENT. My initial call was around the 23rd Dec to get my account adjusted to 'uncapped'. I was promised inception on the 27 Dec with a reduction in premium but it never happened. After 8 calls and all the hoops to get through authentication, waiting at no46 in the queue or being cut off at 5 pm I'm still stuck in the same situation. This has forced me to a point of no return where I initiated cancellation yesterday 1st Feb and today to be told that they only put a cancellation on 1 of the 2 accounts... it's one diabolical ****up to excuse my French. I cannot believe a company like this can still exist! Do yourselves a favour and go anywhere else.
