MWEB bully tactics and bad service management

MWEB reported a non payment to the ITC when a payment have been made, the payment was small amount and upon verbal contact fro MWEB, the final amount was obtained and a payment was made, however MWEB carried on with ITC to show the power and bully tactics of getting a R141.00 owning. The issue is that MWEB charges an absorbent amount for a single mailbox and in today time, it is ****************.
