Mweb Breach of contract !!!!

I am so dissapoint, i have been with Mweb for almost two years i moved to a new adress, i signed a contract with a fixed amount, after we moved the montly payments rises by about R100 every two months, their excuse the service provider contracted out for our fibre was lightstruck and they are charging extra !!! This is a breach of contract!!! I now refuse to pay them and if they date blacklist me i will take this further this is bad bad service do not ever use MWeb!!!
