Mweb bot and call centre

Sat for 2 hours waiting for someone to respond. Not to mention sitting on the phone with mweb aswell for 2 hours. Chat bot didnt help and the person I was speaking to had no clue. I was wanting assistance how to login to my website as self build. They didnt know what I was talking to. Sat for 2 hours on the phone. Went from 12 in the cue to 7 . Air time ran out. How do they think we have all day watching and waiting for someone to speak to them . If I leave my desk and they happen to awnser and I dont awnser they log it off.
