Mweb - Bitdefender Internet Security

I am writing to express my disappointment with the recent purchase of Bidfender Internet security. Despite several attempts to get it working, including contacting MWEB and their technical support team, the mobile software remains non-functional.

As a customer, I am frustrated with the poor service I have received. I expected a product that would work seamlessly and provide the necessary security for my computer and mobile devices. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.
