Mweb billing not available to help
It's impossible to reach m web billing department. You have to enter your ID and then a one time pins that only comes 10 minutes after the prompt. I need to sort out my account but can't get through due to this issue of otp

12 Oct 2024, 05:26So it's been 3 days in front of live chat and 300 rand airtime later and I still haven't gotten through. They're agents cut you off on live chat while your busy typing your problem. MWEB is bad news. There is 0 response from them in days. Guys please stay away to avoid a nightmare ISP. They will help you to join and then rob you and ignore you.
