Mweb billing issues unresolved and they do not respond

My internet was down for some days. Now they want to bill me for a full month. Opened a query but no one responds. Even with the intial problem, tgey always take their sweet time and then turn around and try and deduct for a while month. That is very disappointing and really disgusting service. I do not recommend mweb and Vumatel to anyone.
