Mweb Billing is a nightmare

I am not a person to write bad reviews for companies but wow, Mweb. I keep receiving emails saying that I have not paid them whereas I have made payments and they are up to date. I keep being threatened that my connection will be suspended! for what, when I have been paying? I called Mweb Billing and the lady said I must send them my POP's and she gave me an email address. The email address does not work. I am not happy at all! Also their online query chat system does not work at all. I have sent many queries and none of them have been attended to! kanti what's the point?!
