MWEB billing

I upgraded my MWEB fibre line speed from a 10mb to 20mb. My first invoice is for R934 and the normal amount for a 20mb line is R849. I know that there is a pro-rata payable, but why do I have to pay more than the usual R849 for a 20mb line.
