Mweb Billing and Enquiries

I'm extremely disappointed in their services provided to their customers. Billing and deduction of monthly payments they receive timeously and with no issues, but when you try to communicate or do an enquiry it seems to be fruitless. I tried to reach a consultant to assist with my query but to no success.
