Mweb billing

I have made payments on my mweb account and to this day the don't reflect on my statement and mweb is threatening to switch off my internet. I am getting horrible service from mweb. I have made countless enquires and they still haven't been addressed. I work at home and need internet. I need mweb to sort out my billing
