MWEB billed me for a service I did not receive.

I paid twice (R359.23 and R829.00) when I did not receive a service. I was told I would get a credit, all that’s showing on the statement is a credited amount of R160.45. An sms was sent on the 9/10/2020 saying my query has been resolved, whereas the installation was on the 18/09/2020. Something is not adding up.
