MWeb ********* behavior overcharged rates on timeous cancellations

I had a service ***5 -98 First Avenue Auckland park that was telephonically cancelled on 2025/01/06 as my email that was sent 2025/01/02 was not actioned by a service consultant. Again my telephonic request was also not actioned and the service never cancelled despite the early cancellation fee that I did pay. To date MWeb continued to charge me for February and March 2025 services. Repeatedly I have emailed and called the call center just for MWeb not to charge my account on 2025/03/03 with additional early termination fees in order to cancel. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE PROVIDER EVER!!!! THEY ARE NOT ETHICAL IN THEIR DEALINGS AND NOT CUSTOMER FOCUSSED.
