MWEB behaving *********ly! Pathetic service!!

I've been with Mweb for many many years, all of a sudden I received an email saying theres a price hike and internet speed will change to a higher speed. I did not ask for that! I actually want to downgrade or cancel and find another provider. I also sat on a call for around an hour only to be answered and cut off after stating I wanted a downgrade.
