Please tell me how it takes 2 working days to process a payment and 7 working days to install a device. Then when you cancel it takes 72 hours and no confirmation of cancellation... this after spending over 2 hours on hold waiting to talk to a human. And also with the chat bot not working nor is my order reflecting in the app. Makes one rethink suppliers. But I cant change as they are blocking my address on Vuma system as I have a "pending installation" 😂 someone help,I have no idea where to start, all ideas welcome
