Mweb

I responded to an offer that mweb was offering for internet at R399 per month. When I received my statement I noticed that I was being charged R599 per month. When I phoned to query this I was told that I didn’t fall within the area that app**** to the special offer. Nobody informed me of this before hand. What special offer? I’m sure they won’t bother to reply to this query
