MWEB bad technical support

I phoned the mweb technical division. It has now been some time that when zimbra opens the mail that mails just dissapear. On speaking to tech support i was told that only mails 90 days are kept in inbox. So i explained,working in rural areas in Zambia or DRC with no internet i can not always retrieve mails or backup as i was told... i can only use satellite phone coverage in that area.... i found that mails dissapear not even a month old. I was told that is clashes with something and mails dissapear. (what is something) So much for trying to run a business on this mail losing thousands because of lost mail..sorry is the answer...sorry dont solve my problem .Absolutely pathetic. Now i believe all the bad reviews written about your company.
