MWEB Bad technical services

I am with MWEB for less than 2 years. Having LTE service they working with RAIN. The first year was good , but than issues started on the second year. Service from the technicians are bad. They feel its not there responsibility to assist. The technician said that its RAIN issue and not his issue and not bothered to assist me. I am currently totally down with no service. Technicians cannot assist me and the cancellation department want me to pay for 1 months notice without service. I get someone calling after 2 week when the issue is slighly resolved after 2 days for consistent issue. I would suggest to everyone out there. DONT GO MWEB. Find a service provider that provide good technical services and is interested in making sure the customer is quickly assisted.
