Mweb bad service provider

I ordered a mifi router end of October last year and Mweb decided to suspend that account due to the fact that they themselves failed to deduct money from my bank acc,they than decided to issue a new sim card and chargef me R299 for delivery which they said was gona be credited back to my bank account as it was their fault, however till today they've return my R299 since the 3rd of January 2025.
