Mweb bad service provider

The most worst customer service I have ever experienced. Wasting hours on the phone just to speak to sales, eventually i got someone and she mailed me. So i thought this will go better because i have a direct person to work with. Even worst. I have to mail everyday to follow up, not any response, and the excuse is, she have annual leave. I am not sure if you have to take annual leave every week. Because when I had to makr payment for you to proceed the order, there were no delays, and all of the sudden that day I received feedback. But once again, after they received payment no feedback. 3 weeks later, i received an sms that my order are cancled. No i am waiting for refunds, and i am sure we will not get any refund, as they promised. Very bad bad bad service
