Mweb Bad Service

So i requested to sign up with Mweb few weeks ago and yes there was a few things that needed to be sorted before activation. I these things done and sent relevant info to the agent. He then calls me on a friday afternoon confirming he can proceed i then specifically tell him i think we should leave it for end of May 2021 because im not able to pay my existing internet package and mweb. He then tells me to hold his speaking to his manager, he comes back and tells me they giving me a discount and only R269. 00 will be debited, lastweek to my surprise they tried taking R622. 00 i called billing a few times got no assistance, eventually im told the agent i spoke to his team leader will call back its Monday already no call back. This morning i get a mail my bill is late how frustrating it is when people lie like this pathetic service honestly
