MWEB BAD SERVICE

Signed with MWEB before 1 November for R399 pm. I was told by the sales guy Shameeg Jaffa that by signing before 1November. I would get November and Dec no charge. This has not happened they are debiting me with R784.70 to morrow 1Dec. No amount of phone calls or referral no 's have helped. I spoke to a Stephanie who is Shameeg Jaffa sales team leader. Promsied to get a call back still waiting. This has been going on since 9 November. When asked to speak to management they give you the run around EG Working flexi time, not in yet, in a meeting, will call you back. Unacceptable service. so in short I am still waiting to be contacted. By the way because of Covid they are all working from home and not at the office at N1 City (that's what I get told)
