Mweb bad service

We have contacted Mweb for fiber installation in April this year. They told us to pay R249 and send a proof of payment to an email address. So we did. After a few days we called them afte ages and many airtime money waisted, they answer just to tell us they didn`t recieve anypayment. We tell we did, and so they give us another email address differnet from the first one. So they send us a order nr. We call them again after a few days, again holding on for ages just to tell us they want our proof of residents. Why didn`t they say that in the first place. We phoned the fier company and they told us there is no order given to them. So we call Mweb again and this is Wednesday again holding on for ages they told us they will come to our home and discuss the installation with us and then thereafter they will proceed with our order. I am sick of them lies, lies and lies. I just want my money back and forget them.
