MWEB BAD SERVICE.

I have been trying to get hold of MWEB for 4 months. The only department that answer there phones are sales. They transfer you to the department that must help you. The phones just ring for an hour. I tried online chat no luck. One can go on Facebook and see how many people are complaining about there service. I now want to cancel my account and can't get hold of anyone that can help me. They are just not answering there calls.
