Mweb bad service

I have been with mweb for a few years and now I have big issues with them, I have adsl with them that is not working and calling in there technicians could not assist, I then went and took out a new contract with another service provider, called mweb and requested cancellation on the 3 August 2020, they only got back to me today to say cancellation has been processed and will be cancelled at the end of September, I however am not receiving a service from them and requested a refund for August and for the cancellation to be immediate as their WiFi/ Internet is not working, nobody has gotten back to me, they send emails that you are not able to reply back to, it is just terrible service from them

I really can't be paying for something I'm not benefitting from
