MWEB Bad service

I have been trying to reconnect my service since Monday, spoke to a different person every day and got a different answer every single time, unreal! I am seriously shocked and dissapointed and will be looking elsewhere next time.............. It seems there was an error on their system but there is nothing anyone can do about it and the agents become quite agitated when I ask them to explain to me, NOT EVERYONE IS KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE TECHNICAL ASPECTS OF YOUR BUSINESS!
