Mweb bad service

tried getting hold of them for days. Today I get through speaking to Brandon from the call center after 10min of holding. Had a conversation with Brandon for 6min recording the conversation where he confirmed my personal details without out any problem. When our conversation turned into my reason for calling to cancel my subscription, Brandon suddenly couldn't hear me and the phone went dead. They don't call back. I've been trying to get hold of them for the last 2 days and holding on to talk to someone at their call center can take up to 2 hours which I don't have.
