MWEB BAD SERVICE AND JUST WANT TO MAKE MONEY

Struggling to cancel my account from beginning of February 2021. All mails comes back undelivered saying the emails does not exist. Try to cancel it on the MWEB internet site and it says 404 OOPS. Tried to phone them numerous times and the number says the mailbox is full. Contact them today and got through to the Manager and I explain above to him. He told me he is sorry but do not see any cancellation and why did I phone not again. Explained to him that I can not get hold of them and he just told me sorry you have to pay to the end of March. How can you work with people who cannot do their work or just want to make money. He was not very friendly and I am going to take this to social media. I had great service with them but wont prefer any people to them again.
