Mweb bad service

Hi I have been on the line with mweb for over one hour speaking to numerous consultants without any resolution my account is ***3 ,tried to reinstate account canceled in error without any luck...the call centre literally had me hold for more than 1 hour and still could not resolve query my phone number ***
