Mweb bad service

It is an absolute disgrace that you hold on for technical help for more than 30 minutes every time you phone them. This is just to get the call answered , the last 2 times they couldn't even help me. Surely they must have a call back system if they are so slow. I have put down the phone twice now, I cannot use all my airtime holding on !!!!!!
