Mweb bad service

Mweb is rediculous. I moved to a new home and the previous tenant had said he canceled the line with them... Only to find Mweb **** and did not cancel the line. Which caused me to have to wait to move ISPs and pay the previous tenant for the line. 2. The internet is rediculous it keeps saying no internet 3 or more time a day. 3. There is no internet now and I had to spend 60 airtime calling these people because they refuse to call u back. 4. They filed a TT which may take 6 days to resolve. Yet they say if there was nothing wrong with the line I have to pay them for working it out and if there is something wrong they will not reimburse me for 6 days of lost work. I think they should not be in business and just close down!
