Mweb bad service

I have Fibre installed by openserve last week Saturday. The router from mweb was set up on Monday remotely by mweb on the 2nd of December 2024. The internet only works for few hours ,and I have to call mweb tech support since Monday. Openserve technician is going to come for the 3rd time in my house today and I was told I might pay a callout fee if the cable is damaged. But cable is 5 days 😪, I currently waiting for the technician
