MWEB BAD SERVICE
So many people warned me not to go to MWEB - The service sucks. one just cant get hold of anyone to assist. I REQUESTED MY plan to change and guess what: still the same billing this month with increased amount.

19 Mar 2025, 09:25Guys, i have never ever experienced this bad service in my life. ONE CANNOT GET HOLD OF THIS COMPANY UNLESS IT IS FOR NEW SALES. I am trying to cancel my line and to make sure this line gets released but absolutely no luck. There must be a legal company out there that can assist customers by taking MWEB Down?
