Mweb bad service

There service is terrible. I would not recommend them to anyone. No one answers you when you log a ticked on their app and when you phone to check up on the ticked it takes almost an hour to get through to them. It took them almost four weeks to come send someone from octotel to come out and sort my speed problems out. I told them exactly what was wrong. I Log a cancellation from the app. I got no answer in 5 days so I phoned. Then they tell me I am on a 24 month contract. They increase my price last year twice. To me they were taking advantage that its on a contract. the second time with out informing me of the increased. They only sent me the letter after I complaint. Stay away From mweb. Too many red flags. especially their contracts. Till now I still haven't received the quote to buy out the contract. I am sure when I signed up it said I can pay the remainder of the money for the equipment. Go with afrihost or cool ideas. best service and there deals are only1 year .
