Mweb BAD SERVICE

I paid my month to month subscriotion and 10 seconds later the serivce got disconnected, saying no internet connection... Im appalled at the bad service im experiencing since beginning of July 2020. The reasons why im still with them is the fact that they wont release my line to another ISP... They make you wait a few weeks.. Then the next ISP cant connect you... I paid for a service im not getting.. What do i do because calling them takes about R200 airtime. I been through this before with mweb.. They blame Vumatel and vice versa. Sending emails is a waste of time because after 6 weeks somebody rep**** and the list goes on...
