Mweb bad service

Good day,

I am frustrated and I am disappointed with the level of service or lack thereof received from Afrihost/Mweb.

I cannot believe I was ******* into believing I was going to be getting better service than my previous SP.

I received a call on 12/05/2022 to confirm that they will be out to install the next day 13/05/2022 1pm, this never happened.

I called them to follow up many times and ended up out of pocket to the amount of R300 I would really like to get this back in the form of compensation.

The IVR 15min and only then I am able to speak to an actual person which is so frustrating and makes me even more irate when getting on the call.

They deduct R399 monthly, and they do this knowing they will not be providing me with a service as promised.

I contacted Afrihost and they emailed me confirming there is an issue but that they will contact me when they have sorted this out.

Mweb then contacted me saying I will get a refund within 14days, I do not think this is enough I have been through trouble and I am upset I have even lost money calling these guys.

I feel like if I am going through this how many other people aren’t going through the same thing. I would like to be contacted and apologized to as well as compensated for my time and frustrations. Today 23may 2022 spend 20mins on a call to make a change on the web to get a pay back I feel sorry for other people that have to go throw this *** service really I do
