Mweb Bad Service

I am trying for the last 2 months to upgrade my mweb account. I have spend numerous hours and wasted a lot of money phoning their call center and no response . I finally got through yesterday after 45 min which an automatic voice note reminds me i am nr 1 in line and waited another 10min. Eventually someone helped me but then phone got cancelled. I'm still in the dark...Thank you for your pathetic service MWEB
