Mweb bad service

DO NOT EVER USE MWEB AS YOUR ISP. They regularly increase your monthly costs but when you go on their website the price is R150-R200 less after you have been using their services for a while .When you try and query this with them you get absolutely no where. If you call their sales your telephone call gets answered immediately but when I have tried calling the billing center numerous times and has been in the que between 15 and 30 minutes more than 4 times and my query still hasn't been resolved. So for any service besides sales is terrible.
