Mweb bad service

We are having a very bad experience with mweb fibre. Staff dont respond to emails. You get transferred from one department to another. Query 3 weeks old and still no response. If you ask for a Manager contact number you get told they not allowed to give out contact details. Marlyn Cyster never responds and have not contacted us once. Service is shocking and will not recommend them ever.
