MWEB Bad Service

What’s wrong with MWEB!? I moved my services from Vox to MWEB and it al went well until my line was installed! Now I’m billed for a line I don’t have I can’t get hold of the service centre. I mailed the complaints department, tried to use the live chat on the app but nothing I can’t get hold of anyone!!! What now MWEB!?
