MWEB Bad LTE speed and customer service

I recently signed up with MWEB LTE Uncapped 50Mbps . For day one, the speed gas been ranging between 0.7Mbps and 8Mbps. I have logged 3 technical queries with Mweb via their app, all of which are not closed and the issues has not been resolved. I tried calling on *** and was made to wait for 20+ minutes and no agent picked up and call dropped as my airtime got finished.

I regret signing up with MWEB, bad service, and I am still paying for this ****
